Chives are the smallest member of the onion family with a similarly delicate flavour. Our dried Chives are freeze-dried which allows the bright green colour, shape and delicate onion flavour to be retained. When added to liquid, the dried leaves rehydrate, making them almost indistinguishable from the fresh version.
