Experience our Dreamy, Creamy Dark Cocoa Powder! Our rich cocoa has gone through a process of alkalisation (to decrease the acidity of the cocoa powder) which creates a beautiful darker colour, less bitter flavour and dissolves into liquid more easily. It contains 10 to 12% cocoa fat which enhances a lovely, earthy note.
