The RAW Ironbark honey has a light and fruity flavour. It has been foraged in the Rushworth State Forest. This forest is very special to Raw Honey, the company producing this delicious honey. The public-land sites have been licensed to their family since the 1950’s where their great-uncle Allan and then their father have placed their bees on an annual basis for the flowering of the different eucalypts. Allan’s uncle had his bees foraging in this forest in the 1930’s, almost a century ago!
