How To Use
They benefit from being crushed slightly before use to help release the flavours. If using ground Juniper Berries, make sure to grind them immediately before using as they lose their flavour quickly once the seeds inside are exposed. Juniper Berries add a refreshing element to many foods, particularly to heavy, rich dishes and gamey meats. Best used moderately -- three to four berries are usually sufficient.
