Produced in the Strathbogie State Forest, this unique bees’ blend of Red Stringybark and Long-Leaf Box honey has a warm bold strength with flavours of toffee and butterscotch. Raw Honey’s bees have foraged the two mountain eucalypts as they flowered one after other over late summer and into autumn. Red Stringybark tends to have a major flowering once in every four years while the Long-Leaf Box is usually every three years. Cold extracted & Cold bottled Raw Honey.
