Bee’s collect their nectar from Leatherwood trees, a descendant of the ancient Gondwana forests that continue to grow in the remote World Heritage listed western Tasmanian wilderness. An inherently organic product due to the isolated location of these forests and watered by the roaring forties (circum-polar winds that gather moisture over the great southern ocean to fall as rain on this most natural of landscapes).
